‘Why can’t you see?!’ I would imagine casting someone; you would want to challenge yourself somehow. There are certainly plenty of times when I am not se*y.”

Despite her complaint, the 27-year-old emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle without being overly strict.

She shared that she enjoys indulging in occasional treats like wine and cake while balancing it with regular workouts and a predominantly plant-based diet.

Director Cameron Crowe, however, saw beyond Johansson’s renowned curves and cast her as zookeeper Kelly in “We Bought A Zoo,” highlighting her versatility as an actress.

“It was amazing to work with him,” said Johansson. “Any time we have ever done any work together has been amazing. You leave the audition feeling like a million bucks whether you got the role or not: ‘I did work today that was hard and good.'”

While filming “We Bought A Zoo,” Johansson had to interact closely with various animals, but she confessed to having a particular aversion to cockroaches due to childhood trauma. Despite her fear, she remains open to having children in the future.
