In our ongoing mission to save stray dogs and those caught up in the dog meat trade, we face the challenge of limited resources. Our focus is always on rescuing those we can reach and help first.
Some of the dogs we’ve rescued are now safe at our rescue facility. However, due to the overwhelming number of dogs in need, we can’t keep all of them on-site.
Instead, we facilitate adoptions, ensuring that only individuals who genuinely care for these animals are approved to take them home.
Potential adopters undergo a careful review process to ensure they can provide the loving environment these dogs deserve.
One heartbreaking case involves a dog in such distress that its face appears contorted with pain. Another dog’s leg was awkwardly jutting out from its cage, compelling us to ask the vendor to place the dog in a more comfortable position.
Many in the dog trade seem indifferent to the animals’ suffering. However, when we arrived to rescue one particular dog, it seemed to understand our intentions, letting us cradle it with unexpected ease.
Today, we’ve rescued our second dog. While we don’t know the specifics of its past, this dog tentatively leaned against the car, perhaps sensing that a better future awaits. We offer reassurance that everything will improve for them from here on out.
Though rescuing these dogs is a challenging task, everyone can play a role. By choosing not to harm or abandon dogs, we can all contribute to a brighter, more compassionate world for these loyal animals.
