Scarlett Johansson, the acclaimed actress known for her roles in films like “Lost in Translation” and “The Avengers,” received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, embodying the glamour of Old Hollywood.
The 27-year-old actress channeled a Fifties bombshell look for the ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard, wearing a figure-hugging dress that accentuated her famous curves. The dress featured a floral pattern on the top and a black and white checkered pencil skirt.

Completing her vintage-inspired look, Johansson styled her hair in a classic updo and wore striking red lipstick to match her platform pumps.
Johansson posed proudly with her new star during the ceremony, beaming at the cameras and waving to the audience.

She even got down on the pavement to touch the plaque, showing her excitement for the honor.
As part of the event, Johansson thanked her family, friends, fans, and colleagues for their support. Jeremy Renner, her co-star from “The Avengers,” also attended and gave a speech in her honor.
The Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez praised Johansson, noting that she had been acting since she was eight years old and had built an impressive career over 18 years.

The ceremony coincided with a busy period for Johansson. In addition to promoting “The Avengers,” it was announced that she would be taking on the role of Maggie The Cat in the Broadway revival of Tennessee Williams’s “Cat On A Hot Tin Roof.”
In a Variety magazine interview, Johansson shared her enthusiasm for the project, saying she was both exhilarated and terrified.
In another recent project, Johansson took on the role of Janet Leigh, the iconic actress from “Psycho.”

With a range of exciting projects ahead, it’s clear that Johansson’s career continues to soar, and her new star on the Walk of Fame is a well-deserved honor.
